Our 6,000 sq. foot Gymnastics Center, located in The Sport Center, features state-of-the-art equipment (parallel & uneven bars, beams, rings, vault, tumble trak, floor x area, trampoline, foam pit, etc.) and is home to recreational classes, a competitive team and seasonal camps for girls and boys ages 2-16. We also offer private lessons for gymnastics and tumble/cheer skills.

Parent/Tot Open Play (18m-2y)
One-hour open play time class is designed for parents/caregivers and their 18 mos.-2 years old child. Parents/caregivers should be prepared to be hands-on. This is a loosely-structured class that will be supervised by an instructor. This class will freely explore jumping, skipping, rolling, climbing and balancing while using different gymnastics apparatus.
Parent/Tot (2-3y)
Designed for parents/caregivers and 2-3 year old child. Parents/caregivers are required to participate in every class and be hands-on. This class will explore different areas of gymnastics and be led by an instructor. Participants will learn skills related to jumping, skipping, rolling, climbing and balancing.
Tot (3-4y)
Designed for potty-trained 3-4 year old children. Children are taught age appropriate gymnastics movements and concepts.
Jr. Gymnastics
Children are taught basic gymnastics skills and gym safety rules.

Girls Beginner (7-10y/11-14y)
This program is designed for girls in 2nd through 8th grade. Beginners learn and master basic gymnastics skills at each of the designated events while moving around the gym in a safe and appropriate manner.
Girls Intermediate (7-10y/11-14y)
Instructor permission required. This program is designed for girls in 2nd through 8th grade who have mastered basic skills at each event and are ready to learn more difficult skills and work on connecting sequences.
Boys Beginner/Intermediate (8-10y/11-14y)
This program is designed for boys in 2nd through 8th grade. Beginners/Intermediates learn and master basic gymnastics skills at each of the designated events while moving around the gym in a safe and appropriate manner. More difficult skills with connecting sequences will be taught once basics are learned.
Girls/Boys Advanced (8-10y/11-14y)
Pre-requisite: Girls/Boys Beginner-Intermediate with instructor permission required. This program continues training for those in 2nd through 8th grade who do not want to join the team or work on routines.
Tumble/Cheer
This program incorporates balance work, jumps and a heavy concentration on tumbling. At the intermediate level, we add tumbling combinations. At the advanced level, we work on difficult tumbling skills and passes.
Gymnastics Ninjas (6-8y/9-12y)
This program is designed to develop balance, coordination, strength and motor skills through challenging age-appropriate obstacle courses. These courses teach spatial awareness and strength agility through basic gymnastics skills, swinging/jumping movement and hand-eye coordination.
Team
Instructor permission required. Team is designed to provide quality training for gymnasts with an exceptional level of intensity. The curriculum and compulsory routines in the GIJO/USAG age group program are followed.
