Hunt for Eggs Halloween Morning at Egg-tober
Kick off Halloween with an October egg hunt at Schaumburg Park District’s Egg-tober, presented by Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company, N.A., A Wintrust Community Bank.
The event is set for Oct. 31 and will take place outside of three of the District’s recreation centers: the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road, Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way and Bock Neighborhood Center, 1223 W. Sharon Lane.
Each location will have three 30-minute time slots for families to choose from:8:30-9 a.m., 9:30-10 a.m. and 10:30-11 a.m.
Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes as they collect eggs filled with treats to take home.
Admission is free. Limited pre-registration is required by Tuesday, Oct. 27. There is no day-of registration. Only one adult per registered child. Registrants must arrive five minutes before their time slot. Face masks are required.
Please bring a non-perishable, non-expired food item to be donated to Schaumburg Township Food Pantry.
