Celebrate spring’s arrival with us! Learn about the history of maple syruping at our demonstration areas and enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast. Breakfast is served under a large, enclosed tent on the grounds of Merkle Cabin, a short walk from the Nature Center. Breakfast includes pancakes, sausage, beverages and real maple syrup. Gluten-free pancakes and vegetarian sausage are available upon request at the event.
Advance breakfast registration is available until 12 p.m. on March 14. Day-of breakfast prices are $9 (if available) and will be offered until 11:30 a.m. each day.
Admission to the fair and demonstrations is free. Parking is available at the Nature Center and at St. Matthew Church, with easy access to the event site. For more info, call 847-985-2100.
