SPD President Elected Chairman of Statewide Association

George Longmeyer, president of the Schaumburg Park District, was recently elected chairman of the Illinois Association of Park Districts’ (IAPD) board of trustees. As chairman, he will lead the 19-member board in advising the association in its service, research and educational endeavors for the membership.   More...
