January 2016 - Dan McNulty hosts the Village of Schaumburg's Matt Frank, as they discuss the development outlook for 2016. Later, SPD's Lisa Perrone leads Burke MacDonald on a tour of the new Senior Center facilities at CRC.
February 2016 - Reporter Burke MacDonald discusses the cycle of life at Spring Valley. Guests Dave Brooks and Matt McBrien describe the various procedures followed throughout the seasons.
March 2016 - Reporter Burke MacDonald explores the various class offerings at SPD's Club 55.
June 2016 - Episode 163 features an interview with Myra Creath and Marcie Crassweller, of AMITA Health Alexian Brolthers. Burke MacDonald talks with his guests about fall prevention and medication safety.
July 2016 - Episode 164 features a visit with Schaumburg Volunteer of the Year Katy Garcia, of Riccardo's Restaurant. Then Burke MacDonald chats with members of the Organization of the Year, the CHS Food Pantry.
Toni Higgins-Thrash wraps the episode with some senior entertainment at the annual Senior Follies. She interviews Rob Pileckis of the Prairie Arts Center, along with a number of contestants.

December 2016 - In observance of Veterans' Day, Burke MacDonald chats with three veteran soldiers. We hear their experiences of WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Then, Utpal Joshi interviews Angela Walsh, of the Schaumburg Fire Department. She introduces us to the new SFD home safety program.
