SPD Outdoor Pools
Heather Hagstrom, aquatics supervisor, takes us to Bock Neighborhood Center and tells us about the upcoming summer before stopping by the lifeguard training. Then, we stop at each outdoor pool with Heather to check out the exciting amenities.
Employee Fitness Walk
Kathleen Benson, Bock Center manager and general program supervisor, takes us to the 26th Annual Employee Fitness Walk at Olympic Park. We meet participants who have walked the one-mile loop, visited the Amita Health tent and enjoyed lunch from Corner Bakery.
Bike to Work Week
Tony LaFrenere, executive director, takes us along for the Bike to Work Week ride from Meineke Recreation Center to the Village of Schaumburg. Tony chats with Mayor Al Larson before we see them ride through town.
