Witness life in the 1880s with a re-created 19th
century community fair at Heritage Farm!
Spring Valley Country Fair takes place from noon-4 p.m., June 22 and 23 at Heritage Farm, 201 S. Plum Grove Road
The fair features the latest wears from handicrafters, a livestock and domestic arts tent, blue ribbon winning skits, and other live entertainment.
“The fair is a popular event at our farm, and has expanded to two days since its inception five years ago,” said Patty Kennedy, farm program supervisor. “Summer is a time for fairs, and ours is unique because we keep fun historical elements to it that the whole family can enjoy.”
Admission to the fair is free and suitable for all ages. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase. Parking will be available west of Heritage Farm at Our Saviour’s United Methodist Church, 701 E. Schaumburg Road.
