Freedom of Information Act

In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, the Schaumburg Park District’s Freedom of Information Officer is Business Manager Steve Burgess. The Freedom of Information Officer alternate is Executive Director Jean Schlinkmann.  

The following form may be used to request records of the Park District. Ms. Schlinkmann also is the Open Meetings Act Officer.
